The question is, “Do you want to repeat the patterns of your family tree?
This is the same process for those hired to be a head coach of a NFL a football team. The first question you ask is, “Is this a winning team or a losing team?”
Regardless of whether the team has a history of winning or losing, there is a culture, as well as key players and events that need to be understood.
If it is a winning team, the job to to keep the positive momentum going by understanding the beliefs, foundation, key people and events that are already in place.
If it is a losing team, the job is to change the momentum by understanding the beliefs, key events, and issues that hinder success.
